Our firm; Akin Olawore and Company, was first conceptualised in the 1980’s by our founder in his quest for excellence and contribution to the National growth through service. In 1990, the firm was established in Lagos, Nigeria under the Company and Allied Matters Act with the registration number: 747564 to conduct the Business of Estate Surveying, Construction and Real Property Management, Property and Assets Valuation and Real Property Agency. In 2013, our late company founder; ESV. Akinola Olawore began rapid expansion in the real estate industry, this involved the establishment of multiple subsidiaries as well as investments in existing companies this led to the eventual creation of AOC Real Estate Group with sister companies which operate in a wide array of industries such as Education and Finance. We have a total of eleven (11) full time employees, with over forty (40) contract staff across Nigeria.
